    • Table reservation data: First Name, Last Name, mobile phone number, email address, and any notes entered by the user.

User data is collected and processed exclusively for the following purposes:
    • Reservation Management: To allow the user to book a table at the “Al Caminetto” restaurant and receive related confirmation or modification communications. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures requested by the data subject.
    • No marketing activity: Collected data will not be used in any way for sending newsletters, promotional offers, or email marketing activities.
    • Statistics and analysis: To optimize website performance and understand visitor traffic through aggregated tracking.

Data processing is carried out using IT and telematics tools, with logic strictly related to the specified purposes and in full compliance with the security measures provided by the GDPR to prevent data loss, unlawful use, or unauthorized access. Data is stored and processed at the Controller’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located.

    • Personal data related to table reservations will be retained for the time strictly necessary to manage the reservation itself and to fulfill current administrative obligations.
    • Anonymized statistical data does not contain identifying information and follows the retention schedules of the third-party analytics platform.

Personal data will not be sold, transferred, or disclosed to third parties. It may be communicated to trusted technical service providers (e.g., website hosting provider or reservation management system supplier), appointed as Data Processors where necessary.
The website also uses Google Analytics for statistical purposes (see Cookie Policy section).
